This system helps you to create service requests/orders, to book resources and to report malfunctions for the following departments/areas:

• Bib | Bibliothek
• MEZ | Medienzentrum

When creating a ticket, please select the department/area most appropriate to your problem and describe how we can help you. In some cases, a screenshot (e.g. of an error message) may be helpful, which you can send us together with the message.
